Located in Wadi El Rabea district in Tripoli, Investment Company for Panel Sandwich (ICPS) is a Whiba Holding. subsidiary which was established on an area of 12 hectares with the aim to localize the steel industries in general and the manufacturing of insulating panels in Libya in specific. Our staff comprises skillful engineers, technicians, and workers who tackle all customer requirements with professionalism. The team takes it on itself to closely supervise the manufacturing operations of insulating panels starting with sheet forming and pre-heating, followed by foam mixture pouring, double conveying, hacksawing, stacking, and ending with packing. With the newest and greatest trademarks in the industry, we have been supplying the market with a wide variety of sandwich panels that function as efficient solutions in coverings and meet construction requirements such as thermal insulation, preventing water and air leakage, fire safety of structural structures, and environment protection.

At ICPS, we are committed to producing high-quality insulated sandwich panels in the form of roof and wall panels, cold store panels, in addition to prefabricated houses. Our internal research and development, engineering, quality control, and continuous process testing ensures our maximum attention to quality standards including 9001 Quality Management System and continuously improving our effectiveness with regards to legal requirements and product quality. Adhering to international manufacturing standards, our team of professionals ensure the inspection of all Italian imported raw materials including steel, insulation materials, and adhesives. Panel dimensions and flatness, adhesive bonding, density and thickness of insulation, and compression testing are continuously checked together with visual inspection, testing of fire and water resistance, and thermal performance testing.
